Italian natives, Maurizio and Diego founded Opera Patisserie, a wholesale artisan pastry business. The patisserie supplies many of the best restaurants, cafés and hotels in Dublin. In Wicklow, Opera shares their love of patisserie, fine wine and gourmet deli items.
As well as freshly baked patisserie and breads, Opera offers a great selection of lunch and dinner options including stonebaked pizzas and small platyes. They source locally as much as possible and add an Italian twist to the dish, as befits our heritage.
