Round Ireland Race weekend brings out the best of Wicklow Town

Day 3 of the SSE Renewables Round Ireland Race 2022 is well underway after a very succesful and packed weekend at Wicklow Harbour and Black Castle Hill, thanks to hosts Wicklow Sailing Club.

Leading the race currently is SNAPSHOT from Howth Yacht Club as the fleet makes their way along the Galway coast. You can follow along by keeping an eye on the Round Ireland official Instagram page.

There was an electric feeling around the town and it was great to see so many locals and visitors down to support the race and experience the town.

The race will officially conclude on Friday 24th June with a Sailors’ Prize Giving Ceremony, BBQ and live music at Wicklow Sailing Club.
