Wicklow SEC and the Wicklow SEC Mentor will launch A Solar and Insulation Meitheal
Wicklow SEC invite members of the public to visit the Mount Lucas Energy Truck on Monday 29th and Tuesday 30th September between 11am & 4pm at the Murrough Car Park (Beside Remo Kitchens) https://maps.app.goo.gl/NMFCajXVbnJkvsrWA.
The Energy Truck is a fully equipped informative mobile NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) unit that allows training on energy upgrades and retrofitting.
The Energy Truck show will advise the public on the principles and practices needed to effectively retrofit homes to reduce energy demand and carbon emissions while improving comfort and saving money.
The 2 days provides several opportunities for the public to drop in for a chat with LOETB subject matter experts who will explain about the different types of retrofitting options available.
Wicklow SEC welcomes everyone and admission is free of charge.
