Wicklow Regatta Festival begins this week

The Wicklow Regatta Festival will begin this week starting with the Adult Treasure Hunt this Friday July 22nd. Beginning at 7pm from the Abbey Street Car Park, this classic event is always very popular and offers some great challenges with fun prizes going to the winning teams.

Registration is now open for the 2022 Wicklow Regatta Queen contest. This year contestants are invited to represent a club, organisation or charity. The winner will receive a cash prize and other goodies while their associated organisation will receive a cash donation from the festival. The competition will be held on Saturday July 23rd and the winner will be announced that night. The judging will consist of an informal interview and will not require any public performance.
