Wicklow Town Team wishes to commission a competent and independent Consultant / Consultancy team to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study into developing a Theatre that encompasses a multi-user/multi-functional facility including the ability to screen a film, to allow for artistic installations and exhibitions etc. in Wicklow Town.
