The illustrated talk will be delivered by noted historian and writer Jim Scannell who is a member of Bray Cualann Historical Society. His talk will explore how the people of Wicklow endured and survived one of the harshest winters in living memory.

The talk takes place in Wicklow Town Library Branch on Thursday, December 11, starting from 7pm.
